How it works
eConsult in North Wales
53 Practices in North Wales are now using eConsult (as of February 2021), eConsult allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, it offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to national and local services, and a symptom checker.
Funding has been secured, and the project management, roll out and evaluation will be managed though the Academy until end of March 2022. Ongoing practice and patient feedback will be undertaken throughout this time.

Level of satisfaction with using eConsult are high, with the majority of patients being very satisfied with using eConsult, and would recommend to family and friends.
