The Advanced Clinical Practitioners forum welcomes Advanced Practitioners working in Primary & Community Care to attend an informal forum focused on Primary Care presentations, Case Studies and Networking.

Meeting takes place from 5pm, on the first Tuesday each month.

November forum

Tuesday 5th October 5pm – 6pm

The February forum will be focus on Top 5 Tips in Managing Anticoagulation within Primary Care. With guest speaker Judy Colclough, Thrombosis Specialist Nurse

Each session will focus on 5 key items about a topic, and will be held at 5pm…. Or as we have called it 5 @ 5!

The sessions will focus on ‘Bite Size’ learning for Primary Care Advanced Clinical Practitioners, breaking down complex subjects into more manageable chunks, with five take home learning outcomes that can easily be put into practice.

The sessions will be for an hour, with a 45min presentation from a guest speaker, and 15mins for discussion and Q&A time.
