  • Primary Care Advanced Practitioners Forum

    Each sessions will be focused on 5 key items about a topic, and will be held at 5pm…. Or as we have called it 5 @ 5!

    These sessions will be focused on ‘Bite Size’ learning for Primary Care Advanced Practitioners, breaking down complex subjects into more manageable chunks, with five take home learning outcomes that can easily be put into practice.

    The sessions will be for an hour, with a 45min presentation from a guest speaker, and 15mins for discussion and Q&A time.

    The Primary Care Advanced Practitioners Form, welcomes AP’s working in Primary & Community care to attend this informal forum, focused on Primary Care presentations, Case studies and Networking.

    This evening can be used towards your CPD hour’s.

     

    Meeting takes place at 5pm, on the first Tuesday each month.
