HEIW have developed a new PC qualification aimed at admin and reception staff.

This is now being offered through Llandrillo College Business department – fully funded.

Please see the PCAR flyer and an overview of the topics covered.

It’s mainly delivered through online tutor led learning but some taught sessions may be needed.

A Llandrillo assessor will be allocated to support your staff (a similar set up to the HCSW qualifications).

To enable you to ask questions and understand if the course meets your needs, I have organised a couple of awareness sessions with Sue Holdsworth, Programme Manager.
