Course Objectives: This workshop provides operational front line team leaders and managers in Primary Care, with the practical skills and understanding to have greater confidence in dealing with the unique challenges presented by the present Pandemic In particular ensuring continuity of service, resilience of provision and staff well-being.
The sessions provide the opportunity for personal reflection as well as peer-to-peer learning. All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance
